There's ALWAYS Music in my Head
It doesn't stop.
It only changes which song is upfront... while many are overlaid, layered, pending, buffering, looping, etc.
I hear and see (in my head) multiple melodies, multiple harmonies, multiple percussion patterns, beats, rhythms, tempos, varying between genres and styles and BPMs........ tuning to align with my Heart Rate, my Emotions, my Desires, my Repetitive Thoughts, etc.
It doesn't just stay in my head, tho...
It circulates throughout my nervous system and my blood stream.
I feel it throughout my body.
I could look completely STILL on the outside, while my body is internally JAMMIN', flowin' n' movin'...... like an Electrical River pulsating to the Beat like Cymatics and Electromagnetism are partying together.......
... all while someone is trying to hold a conversation with me and I'm trying MY ALL to pay attention and NOT Bussout Dancing and Singing! 🕺🏽🎵🎶
And I can't shut it off.
It's there now. As it was before now. As it will be right after now.
This is why I must RELEASE THIS ENERGY in the Studio constantly and consistently.
It Physically becomes unbearable to Hold it in. Sometimes I can't move onto newer things before releasing the older ones.
Creating Music to me is my version of Therapy, Church, Gym, Meditation, Medication, Motivation, etc etc etc!!!
The More I Create... the Better Life Gets. YES, REALLY!
The less I do... the more stressed and drained and exhausted I feel.
The Artists I work with understand that when they work with me... their Music is being Produced and Engineered with someone who PASSIONATELY LOVES DOING THIS SHIT!
Their ART is in the hands of someone who CARES to bring their Vision to LIFE, Cares to Provide QUALITY SERVICE and attention to Detail to make sure the Artist is more than Happy with the outcome.
My favorite statement from them is when they say it SOUNDS EVEN BETTER THAN THEY IMAGINED!
And as I always tell them... this is as much my project as it is yours. I'M GONNA PUT MY FULL HEART INTO IT.
